Several windows are rotted and leaking. Repairs and some replacements to wooden frames and glazing needed

Re-lead the stained-glass bull eye windows on the east end of the church

Repair the Bell Tower accessing floor

Upgrade the insulation and ventilation standards of the sacristy area

Test and certify all the electrical works of the church

Decorative breathable paint to be applied internally and externally

Replace all existing floor carpets

Refurbish existing outside toilet to include wheelchair accessibility

Restore ventilation to the roof by retrofitting to the roof spaces

Replace the defective rainwater gutters and down pipes, upgrade storm water drains
